Most of our groups deal with specific professional issues. Einfal is different.

Einfal deals with personal problems that can be shared with a larger community of people in order to find recommendations and suggestions based on a Jewish outlook.

The laymen and professionals on our Einfal group add their outlook and supplement the life experiences of the other subscribers.

How did Einfal begin?

Glad you asked.

Our Einfal group has been in existence since 1998, and the direction of the group has changed over the course of time.

Our series of Jewish groups has grown beyond our wildest imagination and expectation. Many of the other groups have adapted parts of or added to Einfal's original mandate.

Einfal has now returned to its original mandate. It is the same as it was when it was created. We've gone full circle.

Einfal now discusses life changes, difficulties, crises, and challenges, all based on Jewish principles. We help people decide where to turn when they have problems. We also give each other assistance on general professional and occupational issues.

Those of you who have joined Einfal for different reasons, please contact me and I'll help you join the group that best suits your needs.

Actually, when you think about it, Einfal really didn't change. The French have a saying, "le plus ca change, le plus c'est la meme chose". Einfal will now deal with our original topics after all.

A separate group, Siyyata, has been created for the unique issues faced by young adults, from high school through their twenties. Siyyata is basically a junior Einfal group. It deals with dating, relationships with parents and others, occupations, and military service.

However, adults over the age of 25 or 30 also have significant and serious issues. That is why Einfal has returned to its original mandate.

Remember that under certain circumstances you may want to send a confidential message to Einfal.

Background

The original subscribers to Einfal differ from those on the group today. When Einfal was created in 1998, it was a self-help group that dealt with many issues - mostly psychological in nature.

The focus changed as the Jewish and Hebrew groups grew over the course of time. Various aspects that had been discussed on Einfal spawned their own groups. Parents started to help each other on the Jewish Parenting group rather than on Einfal; teachers helped each other on Jewish Teaching, and so on.

Einfal gradually evolved into a more general forum that deals with personal issues and problems. That is its focus today.
