Their are rumours that sometime next year a source book will be released detailing either the outcaste Dragon-Bloods, the forces of Lookshy, or both.

This image was drawn by Chris Stevens, who has done a lot of artwork for Exalted so far. It's suspected that this image will at least be included in the book, if not the cover image.

On RPGnet, Geoffrey C. Grabowski (the creater and head developer of Exalted) had this to say about the image:
The aesthetics of armor design, the materials available and the demands of the battlefield have all changed radically since ashigaru body armor first saw service. Today, only one force in Creation puts troops into the field in such gear.
The best guess for the "one force in Creation" is Lookshy.
