            ~When You Thought I Wasn't Looking~

            When you thought I wasn't looking,
            I saw you hang my first painting on the refrigerator door,
            and I wanted to paint another.
            When you thought I wasn't looking,,
            I saw you feed a stray cat,
            and I knew it was good to be kind to animals.
            When you thought I wasn't looking,
            I saw you make my favorite cake just for me,
            And I knew that little things are special things.
            When you thought I wasn't looking,
            I heard you say a prayer,
            And I believed there is a God I could always talk to.
            When you thought I wasn't looking,
            I felt you kiss me good night,
            And I knew you loved me.
            When you thought I wasn't looking,
            I saw you cared,
            And I wanted to be everything that I could be.
            When you thought I wasn't looking,
            I saw tears come from your eyes,
            And I learned that sometimes things hurt,
            But it is all right to cry.

            At Peace

            I was on His mind today

            I saw His hand everywhere I turned

            Cotton ball clouds floated aimlessly in the bluest sky I have ever seen!

            A cool breeze brushed through my hair as the sun caressed me with its warming rays.

            I was in His hand today!

            He sent an array of Angels to guide and keep me

            My steps were strong and sure, my heart was stayed on Him!

            He walked with me and held my hand and I knew He would never leave!

            I was in His heart today!

            He poured out His Love into my heart....

            I loved with a love so pure and joyful that I couldn't even contain it!

            My Lord, poured out His Spirit and flowed through me!,p> And peace and joy were mine!
