So I got a job doing Systems Analysis for a company called Peregrine Systems. I won't bore you with the details because frankly legally I can't. The company facilities Frictionless business. I guess this sounds like a marketing ploy to you!  In reality the company is a combination of Process Improvement and Efficiency Improvement (ie. efficiency experts)  teamed with a superb software product (ie.
