PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

By purchasing any items from Ottawa X Mods, you agree to the following conditions:

Ottawa X Mods does not sell modchips to be used with hacked or illegal BIOS(s). By purchasing from Ottawa X Mods site you agree only to use legitimate BIOS(s) on your modchip. i.e. Legal Cromwell Linux Bios 1.8. We can only supply you with the legal FlashBios that was preflashed on the modchip. We will not tell you how to locate or download any other BIOS(s) files.

Ottawa X Mods in NO WAY accepts responsibility for using your modchip with any type of illegal activity. Using a modchip to modify your console will void your Xbox warranty.

Damages and Losses
Ottawa X Mods will claim responsibility for any damage occurring during installation
System is replaced in the event that during an installation the system is permanently damaged and can not be repaired. This guarantee only applies upon the following conditions:
- Xbox never been open and/or modded before. The warrenty stick must be intact
- Modchip must be purchase from Ottawa X Mods
- The Xbox pass the working status test with the technician

Customers use the modchip at their own risk. Ottawa X Mods is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of modchips after the Xbox has been modded by our technician and given back to the customer.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies
All Sales are FINAL.

* To use XBOX LIVE, you must have your mod chip turned off, and you must be using REAL RETAIL games. If you do not do this, you have the chance of getting your XBOX banned from the XBOX LIVE servers. We can not, or will not help you if this happens. You have been warned.
