Episode 1
The competition is on as Trans-Continental's Lou Pearlman scours the nation for fresh talent for his latest boy band creation. 1000 contendors are narrowed down to a lucky 25.

Episode 2

Lou finally announces the final eight. The eight finalists say goodbye to their friends, families, and girlfriends and set off to Orlando to voice and dance training.

Episode 3
The eight O-Town finalists settle into their new home in Orlando. Being the next pop sensation is tough; especially for Ikaika who is lonely and is not meshing well with the rest of the bandmates. Meanwhile, the rest of the guys are enjoying the frills of being a boy band and partying all night and meeting girls!!

Episode 4
Jacob and Erik try to be serious about their music, but partying gets in the way. Meanwhile Lour and the Trans Continental staff evaluate the progress of the O-Town finalists.

Episode 5
Ikaika and Paul's girlfriends (Malia and Carrah) come to Orlando for a visit. The reunions force the bands to re-examine their love for the music and their love for their girlfriends. Carrah's visit causes tension for Heather.

Episode 6
Ashley and Mike go out one night and meet Cori, temptation strikes for Ashley; but his girlfriend, Shelli visits. And Jenny doesn't take Eric's rejection very well.

Episode 7

When the record contracts are passed out, the O-Town finalists react with mixed feelings. Meanwhile, during Christmas break, Ashley struggles to win support for his music career from his stepfather, and Jacob is concerned about Ikaika's commitment to the group.

Episode 8
The O-Town finalists bid a bittersweet goodbye to Paul when he announces his surprise decision to leave the group. Meanwhile, the guys get antsy when contact negotiations stall the cut to the final five.

Episode 9

The O-Town finalists celebrate new year's eve together like it's 1999 and get caught up in the millenium madness. Meanwhile with Paul gone and Ikaika away, the finalists look to one another for leadership and Jacob makes a possible love connection!

Episode 10
The O-Town finalists face the music as they record their first song, "All for Love," but Ikaika finally returns from Hawaii. Meanwhile, as the countdown for the final five decision begins, tensions mount as the O-Town finalists confront to Ikaika on his lack of commitment.

Episode 11
As the tension builds between Ikaika and Jacob, Lou steps in to smooth things out. And the big moment finally arrives, as tears and laughter are shared among the seven finalists, when Lou announces the five members of O-Town.

Episode 12
Overcome with emotion, the band members of O-Town bid farewell to the two finalists who didn't make the cut.

Episode 13

As the five finalist settle into their new roles as the O-Town band, makeovers and photo sessions become part of everyday life. The question is: Will the guys get carried away by all the glitz and glamour they're exposed to?

Episode 14
When the vocal and dance coaches come down hard on O-Town about their weaknesses, insecurities set in as the band gears up for its first public performance at a local school.

Episode 15
After a nerve-racking dress rehearsal in front of a top MTV executive, the pressure from their managers and coaches causes the band members to evaluate themselves as performers.

Episode 16

The pressure is on, as O-Town must give the performance of a lifetime at the House of Blues in Orlando to a crowd of 500 people, including a group of top record company executives who can make or break their potential for stardom.

Episode 17
Meanwhile, as the guys start to enjoy the limelight, one member throws everything into a tailspin when he decides to call it quits.

Episode 18
The remaining O-Town members try to make music as a four-man group.

Episode 19

After Jacob, Ashley, Erik and Trevor agree to find a replacement for Ikaika, their surprise choice arrives in Orlando for a rigorous two-day audition with Lou Pearlman and his staff. But with his work cut out for him, the prospective fifth member learns that he can't be anything less than an overnight sensation.

Episode 20
Soon after O-Town welcomes new member Dan Miller into the group, it's back to business, as the band travels to Germany for a whirlwind tour of recording sessions and meetings with top record label executives.

Episode 21

After months of hard work, O-Town receives a well-deserved break and takes a trip to Cancun, Mexico. But it's not all fun in the sun, as one O-Town member breaks up with his girlfriend!!

Episode 22
After only a few weeks together with new member Dan Miller, O-Town prepares for its biggest and most important concert ever, in front of 2,000 people!
