The OGT is a community newspaper run by a small collective of people. We rely on you to let us know what is happening in the community and contribute copy for the paper. This can be articles, letters to the editor, poetry, reviews and so on. Please note that we do not run "personal" or pen-pal columns in the OGT.

If you are planning an event or if you're involved in a social or support group, let us know so that we can include details in the paper.

Send your contributions to [email protected] or to The Otago Gaily Times, PO Box 6171, Dunedin, New Zealand.

We reserve the right to edit any submissions. Any photographs or articles on other people must have their permission before we can run them.

The OGT is published 4 times a year in early  February, May, August and November. The copy deadline for each issue is approximately the middle of the month before, but if you intend to submit copy then please contact us several weeks before copy deadline so that we can insure that there's space for your contribution.  For more details contact the OGT.

If you would like to volunteer to be part of putting all of this together please contact us - we will let you know details of our meetings and how you could be involved.
