The GYPSY

Come aboard the Gypsy for a relaxing, narrated tour on Calibogue Sound.  We Guarantee that dolphins will be seen on this trip.

Although the Gypsy is 65 feet long, you will be as close to the water as you would be on a small boat.  The stability of a large vessel will allow you to walk around the boat for better views of the Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins as they swim and surface in their year round home.  Learn more about these friendly creatures and the behavior patterns that are unique to the dolphins of this area.  You'll be able to sit in comfort and enjoy a cold drink or snack in the sun or shade as we show you the sights.

On this 65' boat, the Gypsy will take you out on a trip into the Calibogue Sound to search for Atlantic Bottlenose dolphins.  One of the crew will provide a narative of, not only the dolphins, but also a history of Hilton Head Island and its surroundings.  You will have the freedom to walk around the boat for better views of these beautiful creatures.  Just call (843) 363-2900  for information.  Also available for private charters.

The DRIFTER

This fishing charter will take you out 12 miles offshore for ocean bottom fishing, where you will  drop line fish and the hungry fish come and think this is an easy meal.  Also from South Beach Marina, you'll beat all the other large occupancy charters out to the fishing grounds because of the Drifter's close vicinty to the fishing grounds.  The crew are friendly and helpful and can provide any answers to your questions.  Snacks and refreshments are available.  Just call (843) 363-2900 for information and reservations.  Also available for private charter.

Fireworks Cruise
On Tuesdays in June, July, and August at 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM, view the fireworks on the Gypsy. Cruise up Calibogue Sound, past Harbourtown to Broad Creek. Enjoy the sunset while looking for Dolphins along the way. Avoid the traffic by going to South Beach Marina.

Adults $15, Children $10 (2 and under free)

4th of July - Celebrate the spectacular Harbourtown fireworks display with the crew of the Gypsy. Adults $20, Children $10 (2 and under free). Departs South Beach Marina at 8:00 PM. Reservations - 363-2900
