This lesson is the fifth of seven in the Whole Life Worship series being produced the summer season of 2003.  We hear the words "as we come before God's presence" or "let us come before God now" constantly.  But what meaning or impact does it have on our lives?  Christians today have fallen into a dangerous sleep over the issue, often taking God for granted.  Often, Christians only call upon God in times of need...yet where has our sense of respect, of fear of the Lord disappeared to?

Coming Before God's Presence is a short and simple lesson that lightly touches upon the subject in the hopes that the students who learn about it come to respect God's presence with more humility, more care, and more earnest.  It is highly recommended that if you do decide to teach this lesson that you also do extensive follow up along with exhaustive research on the topic - I've simple created mere paragraphs on a subject that has filled volumes of books.  It is by God's grace and mercy that we may all come before His presence now and forevermore.
