| Baptism Through baptism, an individual becomes a member of God's people. As such it is a occasion of great joy and great solemnity. We believe that Baptism is not to be taken lightly. When a child is baptised, adults take a vow for the child that the child will be instructed in the faith until the child reached an age at which they can reaffirm their baptism. As an adult, the vows are equally serious but now taken by the individual themself. We therefore ask that an individual enjoy a pastor's class. For more information, please e-mail the church office. Communion We welcome all baptized believers in Christ to the Lord's supper. You need not be a member of this or any other Lutheran church to receive commuion. Please e-mail the church office with further questions. Membership Please join us in membership at OSLC. New Members' classes are offered throughout the year.
