| Yoga Join us for gentle Yoga at Our Saviour�s on Thursdays from 6:00 � 7:00 p.m. in the Church office. $5 per session. Call Shelly (321-9081) for more information, or just show up! Bring a mat, towel or blanket as we will be lying on the floor part of the time. Exercise Class Wednesday & Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m. in the Nursery Dress casually, bring an exercise mat or blanket and water. Come join a group of Christian women who have fun while exercising to a Stormie Omartian exercise video. We exercise to well known Christian songs! So if you can�t do the exercises you can sing, and that�s good exercise itself! EXCITING NEWS OSLC has a partially equipped exercise room in the Norris House. There are free weights, a treadmill, a personal trampoline and a recumbent and an upright bicycle. Want to get into shape? The exercise room will be available daily during office hours, and on Wednesday evenings during Options times. See Patty or another staff member for a key to Norris House.
