Are the Oscars really mportant anymore? Of course they are! Damn hell-ass important. Oscar speculation is a hobby comparable to stamp-collecting or Star Trek enthusiasm...except twelve time cooler and four times less perverty. And the fact is, no other awards show is worth the time or the energy. The Golden Globes could slip poison into the Oscars' drink and frame him for murder and still nobody would offer them the same credence. But Heaven knows I still watch them.
