Our wacky bunch of cadets have graduated and are now assigned to a new precinct to help cut down crime.
Cmdt. Eric Lessard's (George Gaynes) brother is in dire need of some new blood to curb the rising crime rate in his precinct, and the only ones who can do it are our favourite bunch of rag-tag misfits: wise-acre Mahoney (Guttenberg); too-tall Hightower (Bubba Smith); sound effects guru Jones (Michael Winslow); quiet voice Hooks (Marion Ramsey) and gun lover Tackleberry (David Graf).
Through many comic mis-adventures, the team goes through many ups and down before finally triing to solve the case of the crime wave and helping Lessard's brother to keep his job before the greedy Lt. Mauser can take it away from him.
Another funny commedy in the Police Academy series. I love them all, however this is onw of the better ones.
Plot:

Visual Effects:

Quality is a noch lower than the original Police Academy movie. There are no "special effects" shots; cineatography is non-existant.
Sound:

Less score and no songs. However, the rating get's a boost from the classic "Police Academy" theme.
Character Development:

Little to none.
Atmosphere:

If you like the first, you'll like this one. If not, you'll like it anyway.
Realism:

It's a totally hollywoodized movie, but again, it's funny.
Warrens Rating:

6.00/10Is the movie worth your time to watch?
