If you deal with small employers or self-employed candidates, you are eligible to claim the Small Employers Uplift. This is a 10% uplift that you add over the top of the normal OSAT Project Costs.
If you are not sure if the employers you deal with are classified as small employers the requirements are as follows:
- The employer must have 50 staff or less, and must have an annual turn over of
8 million or less.
To claim the small employers uplift you must ask the employer to fill in a Small Employers Declaration Form (please note if you also deal with self-employed candidates, each self-employed candidate is required to fill out a Small Employers Declatation Form as well).
