COMPANY TALKS
January 30, 2002 (Thursday)
(8:30 a.m. - 5:00 pm)

Procedure:
Before the Talks

1. Register at the ground floor lobby, Student Center.
2. You will be given a JB kit. The kit should contain the following:
   • tips for job interview
   • CV/resum� writing
   • evaluation form
3. Go over the materials contained in the kit.
4. A name tag will be given. Wear it throughout the activity for proper identification.
5. Proceed to the Conference Room, 4th floor where the talks are held.

During the Talks

1. Listen. Participate. Ask what you would like to know about each company. This will help you decide which company you would like to join and the position you would like to apply for.

After the Talks

1. Get application forms of the company/companies you are interested in at the registration area.
2. Fill out each application form properly and submit it together with your application letter and CV/resum� to the OSA staff at the registration area on the next day.
3. Do not forget to read the materials in your JB kit. The tips should help you prepare for the job interview.

Things to Remember:

1. Prepare application letters. The list of companies and their addressees are posted around the campus. Take note whom you should address your application letter to.
2. Prepare your Curriculum Vitae/resume.
3. Invest in a good 2x2 ID picture. Bring several copies of the ID picture.
4. Bring pens.
5. Job vacancies of each company are posted at the ground floor near the registration area. Note the job vacancies in your target company/companies.

ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
January 31, 2003
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Procedure:

1. Register at the ground floor area of the Student Center.
2. Upon registration, submit accomplished application forms to the OSA staff at the registration area.
3. Application forms received will be scheduled for interview with the company representatives. Chairs will be put along the corridors at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the Student Center so that you can fill out more forms, or relax while waiting for your time to be interviewed.
4. An evaluation form is included in the kit. Fill out the evaluation form and submit it to the registration area after the Job Bonanza on the 31st.

Things to remember:

1. Be in your business attire.
2. Bring the following:
   • pens
   • several 2X2 pictures
   • several copies of your resum�/curriculum vitae. We will provide you with a JB kit. Read materials in the kit.
3. Relax. Listen to the question asked. Clarify if you are not sure of the question. Your answers should be responsive to the questions asked.
