| Lord Of The Rings: The fellowship of the ring What should i know? A wicked Lord is trying to find a ring which will help him turn the world evil. The ring found its way into the hands of a hobbit called Frodo(Elijah Wood) who along with jis fellowship,must trek to the Mount of Doom to destroy it. Why's it so good? Where do we start?!It's got drama,it's got action,it's got a gripping storyline and the best bit is that there are two sequels on the way-The two towers and The Return of the king.And its a total babe-fest,with Uk cutie Orlando Bloom being our fave. Should i go buy it? Duh!Course you should.The only bad thing is the film's length(a whooping three hours).But that's the beauty of watching it on vid-no numb bums from the cinema seats!And if you watch it on DVD you also get a massive 158 minutes of extra cool features! |
| Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers. Who's in it? Ellijah wood,Orlando Bloom,Cate Blanchett,Sean Astin and Liv tyler. Update When we last saw Frodo and his buddies in the lord of the ring,they were having a right old barney with some Orcs,and two Hobbits ended up being kidnapped!The remaining gang decided to split up-Frodo and Sam(Sean) headed off to Mordor to destroy the ring while Legolas(Orlando),Aragorn and Gimli went to try and rescue the kidnapped Hobbits.Phew! What's it about? The two towers picks up where the last film left off.It follows the fellowship's quest to destroy the ring before nasty wizard Saruman and his evil beasts kill them.Their adventure brings them to the hills of Emyn Muil,where frodo and sam discover they are being followed by Middle-earth creature Gollum-he used to own the ring but then went a bit loony.The cunnig Hobbits capture Gollum but he offers to guide them to the Black Gates Of Mordor if they set him free.They accept his offer'cos Frodo feels sorry for him, but Sam is suspicious. Will Gollum take them to Mordor or lead them into a trap?Yikes! Any top totty? Err,only the hottest hobbit heart-throb this side of middle-earth-the delicious Elijah wood. Not forgetting,of course,scrummy Orlando Bloom with his lush long locks and his cute elf face.Yum! Any rubbish bits? Nope,it's pure class.The only bothersome thing is you'll have to wait another year to see the next film.Darn it! |
