NiNi climbed back into the van after running to get snack food from the gas station.
"What did you get?" Kevin asked.
"Look!" she exclaimed. "Christmas peeps! I got the gingerbread men, christmas trees, and snowmen!"
"Christmas peeps?" I asked, horrified.
"Yeah! Aren't they cute?" She showed me a package.
"No. I'm offended by these bastardized Christmas peeps."
NiNi looked like she was ready to cry. Erin took a gingerbread man peep and bit its head off.
