The Dematones First Repertoire

When the Dematones made their debut it was after some months of... not so much rehearsing, but more learning to play together as a group.    These sessions were conducted in the front room of a small terraced house in Park Road, Sittingbourne.   How understanding and tolerant the neighbours must have been... 3 electric guitars, an electric bass, and a snare drum initially, developing to a full drum kit, and amplifiers that were no longer small practice amps, but full stage amps.

The first engagement was playing for an "after dinner" dance at a private New Year's Eve party.
The repertoire at that dance was a total of just 20 songs/instrumentals.. ... (with a few repeats and pauses for speeches / thankyous / and an interval, it was sufficient to fill the evening).
That first songlist was:-
1.  Got a Funny Feelin'
2.  FBI
3.  The Young Ones
4.  Dance to the Bop
5.  Apache
6.  Wild Wind
7.  Too Much
8.  Back Home
9.  Little Sister
10. Hey You
11. Walk Don't Run
12. Walkin' In The Rain
13. She's Gone
14. Ella Ellain
15. Let There Be Drums
16. Thousand Stars
17. Be Bop-a-Lula
18. Blue Moon
19. Jet Black
20. Running Wild
