         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  permit schools to display the Ten Commandments.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  The school board of any school district in this state may authorize any classroom teacher or school administrator employed by that district to post or display in any school building or classroom at the school of the teacher or administrator or at any event sponsored by that school a copy of the Ten Commandments, or any excerpt or portion thereof, as recorded in the Old Testament of the Bible.
