How to Order
If paying by Paypal, please kindly follow the instructions provided after
clicking the Buy Now Button.
If paying by any other method, please follow the instructions below:
1. First choose which item number which you want to order.
2. Then click on the order link which will direct you to an email page.
3. Send an email to us and write down the below information in the email
- item number of your order,
- quantity of which you want to order
- your complete mailing address of where you want us to mail the item
- Payment method of your choice
Methods of payment includes:
- Paypal
- International Money Order
- Telegraphic Transfer
For buyers who use Paypal, 3.5% of HANDLING FEE will be charged by PAYPAL
INC. For this, a sub-total and total amount of payment will be given in
our order confirmation email to buyer.
For regular orders, after we have received your order, a confirmation
reply through email will be given within 24 hours. We will provide you
with the total price include shipping and payment details within this
confirmation email. Your payment must be made within 3 days from the time
you received our confirmation or the transaction will be considered as
cancelled and we retain the right to sell your ordered item(s) to other
customers.
For Bulk Orders, Preorder items, and Special Requests, details will be
given during our discussions through emails.
After we received the payment, we will send out the items within 3 days.
*For Paypal users: If any customer does not have a confirmed mailing address
within his/her Paypal account, we need to wait about 5 days to confirm
the payment and mailing address before sending out the item(s).
After we send out the items, we will send a confirmation email with postal
tracking number, pictures of the items’ condition before they are packed
and tell you how many days we expect the good(s) to arrive.

Policy
Order
For regular orders, after we have received your order, a confirmation
reply will be given within 24 hours by email. Payment must be made within
3 days from the time you received our confirmation or the transaction
will be considered as cancelled and we retain the right to sell your ordered
item(s) to other customers.
Delivery
Normally customer will be informed when transaction is made. Information
of postage fee, time needed for goods delivery, and postage methods is
always provided. Please feel free to contact us for any special postage
detail requests; we will try our best to reach it.
Inquiry of delivery status
Customers should feel free to contact us for any inquiry of goods delivery
status. Generally, we will provide our customers for goods delivery notice
immediately when the goods are sent. If customers do not receive the goods
on time, please do not hesitate to contact us within 1 month counting
from the scheduled goods arrival date. For example, suppose the schedule
goods arrival date is April 1, 2003, and customers haven’t receive the
goods on that day, they can contact us within 1 month, hence before May
1, 2003.
Choices of Payment
Ore Style offers our customers a range of payment methods aims to suit
them the best.
Methods of payment included:

Return Policy
If you found any problem with the goods we sent, please feel free to contact
us within 7 days after you received the goods. Ore Style, of course, take
pride in our packing service and is confidence that the item(s) is in
its best condition before mailing. However, if customers proof that the
item has unacceptable and avoidable defects, Ore Style will gladly offer
an exchange or full monetary refund depending on the situation.
Price
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at anytime
without prior notice.
Right to alter terms and
condition
Ore Style is constantly reforming and our terms and conditions may change
from time to time. Ore Style reserves the right to change the terms and
conditions without prior notice.
Shipping
For Japan Buyers:
Items will be shipped by Japan Post Office with the following methods:
Register mail, or
Speed post
Regularly, the time for items
to ship is as follow:
Registered mail (1-2 days), or
Speed Post (1 day)
These times are also subject to change according to shipping destinations.
Customers must state clearly
their mailing address as postal risk is borne by customers.
*we only accept mail order only
For International Buyer:
Items can be shipped by Japan Post Office with the following methods:
Register Air mail
EMS Speed post
We suggest buyers to use:
Registered Air mail (10-12 days) or
Speed Post (2-3 days)
For items over US$200, we strongly suggest buyer to choose Speed Post
+ Insurance. Customers must state clearly their mailing address as postal
risk is borne by customers.
Due to the Japan Custom requirement, the item final price must be declared
on the parcel when it is mailed; however according to different countries,
such as Australia and United States, customers may be charged for tax.
For this reason, we would like to inform customers that they have to be
responsible for their local or national tax charge.
Packing
We will always use box and/or postal package to mail the item(s). Suitable
wrapping or other shock absorbents will also be use to protect the contents
within the package. It is our aim to provide the best packing available
in hope that all the customers can receive the goods in the condition
that we suggested to the customers.
Confirmation of items delivery
After we mail out the ordered item(s), we will inform our customers through
email of the mailing details, pictures of the items’ condition before
they are packed, Mail Tracking Number will also be included to confirm
that the item(s) was mailed. Generally, time of delivery is Register air
mail (10-12 days)/ Speed Post (2-3 days).
Items not arrived
If 20 days has past (after the mailing day) and the items still have not
arrived, please email us so that we will contact the post office regarding
the mailing problem. Post office will reply us after approximately 2 weeks.
After receiving the Case Number from the Post Office they will start the
tracking investigation. This investigation generally takes 1 month to
process. Refund regarding this matter is not offered since only Registered
Mail and EMS Speed Post are used for our shipping. Please understand our
difficulties in regards to this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact
us through email within 40 days from the date that the goods is sent according
to the goods delivery notice given by email.
