Today was the day of the big weekend market. So Mayuho headed off the the market in the late morning, and Kylie and I wandered around the streets around the hotel. It was pretty interesting. If you like shopping. I am not so much of a shopper, so we went back to the hotel just before a torrential downpour that left people wading knee deep in the streets. Kylie and I were safe on the 30th floor watching Forrest Gump on cable. We worred a bit about Mayuho, but she had been here so many times, I am sure she knew what to do. And I was right. She came back in the afternoon, after Kylie and I came back from the second round of shopping.
In the evening, we went back to the same place we had lunch the day before, but we ate at different places this time. I had the Thai fried rice and a Singha. It was delicious! We did go to bed fairly early, since we had to catch a 6:00 flight back to Narita, which meant getting up at 3:30AM!!!
