When I came home from work tonight, Kylie was sleeping in her car seat (in the living room. Yes, I know it is a "car" seat, but she loves it!). So when she began to stir a bit, I picked her up. Her eyes opened up wide and she looked at me, then drifted back to sleep. Then they opened up again, and she smiled a very tiny grin, and went back to sleep. So I started to sing her a little ditty, and she opened her eyes again, gave me another, larger grin, as if to say "Thanks for the effort, Dad!" and went back to sleep. But no sooner had her eyes closed when they popped open again, and she smiled and blew a raspberry at me! "TTtttthbbbbtttt" she said as she sprayed me with baby drool. And she laughed. So did I.
