Various Shades Of Blue
2/19/2003
Grandpa and Grandma Burke went home today. Too bad. We had a great time with them here. It really kept us busy! And they could help out with Kylie a lot. But really, Kylie is a fairly low maintainence baby. Just smiling and burping her way through live.
But anyway, we are a bit blue, not a royal blue or anything, but kind of the blue that your favorite pair of jeans gets after a few years of washing and drying outside on the clothesline. Then again, we will see them in the summer when we come to visit! That'll be great! I know Kylie is looking forward to it as she talks to the tree in the living room. I am so proud of her! Maybe she'll be a tree-hugger like her old man!
Oh, and if you would, please drop a line to the
President and very politely ask him to not start a nuclear war with the country right next door to us in Japan, (North Korea), and to start doing something about cutting CO2 emissions, because my school is only about 8 feet above sea level. Thanks!

I wonder what she's thinking.... Is it something like "I just made a poopie" or is she doing Euclidian Geometry without knowing the terms?
