Larisa Worthington lives in Westfir, Oregon, with her husband Jeff and 19 cats (at the moment). She works to save feral cats in the Eugene area. She is an outdoor type of person who appreciates nature oftentimes more than humans.

Her haiku and tanka are as refreshing as her personality. Although she has little time to compose right now, what she has written thus far is certainly noteworthy. Her poems have appeared in
haigaonline, the Tanka Society of America's quarterly journal Ribbons, and Moonset.

Larisa has published one chapbook,
The Road to Westfir. Contact an'ya for the details on how to purchase Larisa's chapbook. an'ya's address is: P.O. Box 102, Crescent, OR 97733.

in the spring creek I wonder
what's downstream

with a snail for a scout
