Welcome to Ally's contribution to the World Wide Yard. This site is dedicated to her and her friends. She is my 3 year old Golden Retriever, and is a great hiking companion on the trails around Oregon. |

Ally originally joined the family when my Dad bought her for my younger brother and sisters. Shortly after that, she moved in with me in Houston, TX. She had a roommate there, another Golden Retriever named Dallas (pictured here...this photo was taken in Tulsa, OK in 1996). |

But now Ally is in Oregon with me. She has already made a new friend, our neighbor, Willie. He regularly keeps an eye on Ally for me, and looks forward to when the two of them get to wrestle in one of our backyards. |

Ally is a well trained dog. She attended school in Houston, and graduated at the top of her class. If you look in the background, you can see the look of defeat in the face of that other dog! |

As you can see, Ally is quite the photogenic dog! I honestly think she knows what you are doing when you aim a camera at her! Then again, most Golden's that I know are like this.
