Order of the sith
CHARTER
The Order of the Sith is established to embrace those following the Laws of the Sith. The Laws of the Sith are contained within this charter. The Order of the Sith will not discriminate against race or gender provided prospective members pass the "Trials" (to be described herein)
SECTION II.
The Organization known as the the Order of the Sith will have a very disciplined structure. The bearer of the title "Emperor" has final say on all matters. The "Dark Lord of the Sith" stands in when the Emperor is absent. There will be a Sith Council consisting of 8 "Sith Lords" (one of whom is the Dark Lord of the Sith.) Members lower than the Sith Lords are called "Sith Warriors". They can be of any number and fall under the rule of the Supreme Sith. Underneath the level of the Sith Warrior falls the "Sith Padawan" There can only be 9 Sith Padawans at any one time. There can only be one Sith Padawan per Sith Lord. (The 9th would be a Padawan for the Supreme Sith.) After a Sith Padawan passes the "Trials", he/she will become a full Sith Warrior. Lower than a Sith Padawan is a "Neophyte". The next Neophyte in line will become a Sith Padawan to the next vacant spot below a Sith Lord.
SECTION III.
Personal Requirements to become a full member of the Order of the Sith are as follows: (Not in any special order) 1.) Must pass recruitment interview to become a neophyte. 2.) If you are a Sith Neophyte (not a full member) you must wear a blue robe. 3.) If you are a Sith Padawan, you must wear a dark gray robe. 3a.) In order to be promoted to Sith Warrior, the Sith Padawan much achieve a relevant attribute level of 75.0. For instance...a 75.0 in Cooking will not get you promoted to Sith Warrior. The Emperor will decide if qualifications have been met. (11-7-2000) 5.) Once you reach the status of Sith Warrior, you must wear a pitch black robe. It is suggested that you keep an extra one in the bank in case you get killed and looted. 6.) Once someone is declared an enemy of the order, this enemy must be destroyed.
SECTION IV.
It will become the goal of every Sith Lord to own a house or some form of abode so that the Sith will flouish throughout Britain. Understanding that it is difficult to place a house, it is the goal of the Order for each Sith Lord to at least try to place one somewhere. The guild leadership will assist in any way possible for this to happen. Houses/abodes can be placed anywhere possible within the Great Lakes Shard. This includes Felucca, Trammel, and the Lost Lands as well.
ARTICLE II.
SECTION I.
Real Life requirements: It should be understood that all members of this order must be in good standing with Ultima Online. Although I encourage real life players to have each of his/her 5 possible characters in the order, I would encourage that the Sith Council comprise of 9 real life people on 9 separate accounts. A Sith Padawan cannot have a Sith Lord from the same real life account as a master.
SECTION II.
All members will have respect for each other both upwards and downwards. Members higher on the rung will be addressed as "Master". Members lower on the rung will be addressed as "Lord". If a member is a Sith Padawan, He/she will be addressed as "Padawan". Neophytes will be addressed as "Neophyte". Hazing of members will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with swiftly. Once you reach the level of Sith Warrior, you will get the title "Darth". (Amended 10/19/2000) When attaining the level of Sith Padawan, it is up to the Padawan to create agendas for training, meetings, and learning from his/her Sith Lord Master. Sith Lords are far too busy to be constantly tracking down his/her Padawan. (End Amendment)
SECTION III.
Dues. Dues are a necessary evil; however the Order of the Sith does not collect dues. We want the individual to thrive independently.
ARTICLE III.
SECTION I.
These Charter amendments can be modified by 2/3 vote of the Sith Council (6 of 9). However...the Supreme Sith has final say on all issues even if voted against 6-3, etc.
SECTION II.
The tower where the order is located is a safe haven for Sith development. The tower is also known as the Pub.
SECTION III.
Our enemies, as usual, will include any Jedi orders, and any other Sith order who disagrees with OUR Sith philosophies.
ARTICLE IV.
SECTION I.
The "Trials" To become a Neophyte, a member in good standing must recruit you. This member must have at least attained the title Sith Warrior. (Amended 10/19/2000) When nominating a Neophyte, the Supreme Sith must be notified and given the following information: Neophyte's name, email address, and the name of the sponsoring Sith. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring Sith to inform the Supreme Sith of this information.(End Amendment) When you are recruited, you will learn about the order, and what it stands for. You will also go through an extensive interview with the Supreme Sith and the Dark Lord of the Sith. Once a slot for a Sith Padawan opens, you will be placed in the slot and assigned to a Sith Lord for training. For a minimum of 30 real days, you will hone your skills. Your Sith Lord Master will then say you are ready. You will then be questioned by each member of the council. The council will then give a "yea" or "nay" to you being promoted. You will need 2/3 vote to get promoted to Sith Warrior. The Supreme Sith has final say regardless of the vote. If you hone your skills, treat your masters and peers with respect....you will be fine.
SECTION II.
