The Church
The Church is a part of the guild open to those of the Healer ranking class of the guild who have reached the highest level of Prophet. The Church is completely separate from all other Churches. The Church will run on its own, constructing its on policies towards outsiders. The only policies The Church will not affect are those of Order of the Black Lion, and any sub-guilds or alliances of Order of the Black Lion. The exeption to this is those of the guild, sub-guild, or alliance of Order of the Black Lion that vows loyalty to The Church.
Rights, and restrictions of The Church:
3: The Church will hold the power to name "heretics" of the church. These "heretics" will be put on the KOS list of any guards within the guild. This process must be a 3/4 vote within the Church to take affect. No member of OBL, their sub-guilds, or allies may be put on this list.
4: The Church will hold the power to call "Holy Wars" against those that go against their creed. Only members of The Church may be involved in these matters. That includes any of the Healer class, as well as Crusaders and Templars who wish to join, and those who have vowed loyalty to The Church. However, no member of The Church will be forced into a Holy War.
2: The Church may not take action against members of OBL, it's sub-guild's, or allies.
1: The formation of The Church begins with a Prophet. That Prophet must have two others in the formation, with their class no lower than Bishop. All policies of The Church must be voted upon once the Clergy is formed. Any new Prophets of the guild will have a guarenteed seat on the Clergy, with Bishops being able to be voted in. Each Prophet may allow two other Bishops in, and those Bishops will be under the direct control of the Prophet.
5: The Church may appeal to The Senate any extra powers it views necessary.
NOTE- The Senate may dissolve a Clergy. They may NOT dissolve The Church however. The Clergy being removed will be specific, this includes any Bishops belonging to a Prophet that is removed. More than one Clergy may be dissolved at a time, with the extreme result being an emtpying of the entire Church.
