4. Apply cleaning solution
5. High Temperature, high pressure cleaning and extraction with high performance truck mount equipment
6. Dry mop floors, or wipe over tiles with drying towels
7. Place high speed air movers to blow dry flooring ready for use.

Tile and Grout Sealing

Tile sealing Prevents future staining and making cleaning easier. Grout sealing will seal it with a penetrating sealer so your tiles will look natural, and repel water, oil and soiling.
