New Pool
The complex's swimming pool is now open. It passed the final State
inspection on Friday, May 22nd. Due to Shasta Pools breaking the old
lock during the remodel, there is a new lock.
In order to receive the new key, you will need to do the following:
If you are a property owner, you must present ID and turn in your old key.
If you are a renter, you must present ID, the old key, and a letter from
the owner of your unit stating that they give you permission to pick
up the new key on their behalf. The letter of permission must contain
the owner's and renter's names printed, as well as signatures, unit number
and street address.
Rather than requiring each resident to drive to the property management
company to pick up the new key, Laura Enger has volunteered to help.
Please call upon her at 7532 North 47th Drive, Building 11.
If necessary, a copy of your ID and letter of permission can be faxed to
623-847-1204 or emailed to [email protected].
If you have an outstanding balance on your HOA dues, you will need to contact
our property manager Shawn Mason directly at Cuellar Property Management,
602-277-7070, before your new key can be issued.

Feral Cats
For quite some time now there have been numerous abandoned cats roaming
the property. To rectify this situation, we have obtained cat traps
which will be placed throughout the property. Protect your pet by keeping
it indoors! Per our Rules & Regulations, any trapped cat which
does not have an ID tag will be removed from the complex.
Trash Collection
Large items cannot be placed in or next to dumpsters. Residents are
responsible for their own large item disposal. No dumping of any kind
or size will be permitted at Orangewood. Violators will be prosecuted
and fined.
Yard Sales
Yard sales are permitted only within the confines of residents' back patio
areas. There is a limit of two sales per year. Anyone
interested in joining our Community Yard Sale, please let us know. Our
last sale was a success!
Next HOA Board Meeting
The next Board meeting will be held on May 29th at 4 PM in the ramada next
to the swimming pool. All residents are welcome to attend. Please
bring your comments, concerns, problems or ideas. The Board will strive
to address each issue.
