Mediacorp canteen - Impersonate as a food wholeseller & mix into the canteen. Station yourself at the table with best view & ... start praying that he will turn up...
Jurong Town CC - His Wushu training ground. DEFINITELY can find him there. Armed yourself with a camera, markers, fotos, popcorns, cap, nintendo, chess etc .... cos don't know what time he will turn up. A simpler way will be... try to get into the good books of the info counter aunty or cleaning uncle there. They are the best sources since they are there day in & day out.
