I was told that I was the primary witness and that my wife didn't really need to testify when we were Subpoenaed to the previous Grand Jury.
We have suffered grievous abuses at the hands of corrupt government officials and I wasn't about to let my wife be steamrolled over by a bunch of people sucking up to a corrupt government and trying to protect they're own.
My wife showed-up and invoked her 5th amendment rights as I had advised her to do. I'm told that the Grand Jury wrote up something saying that my wife had no tapes.
They monitored our phone calls at they're jail so they already knew what my wife was going to do and they took full advantage of that.
