Someday there will be maps of routs of set distances to run here, but not today :( Also, I'll but out some disclaimer that running in inherently dangerous and that when running you should always do so in groups in case of injury and safety. Couch jockeys should not try this at home and should probably stick to there vigorous walks but not before consulting there doctor about there health condition and weather or not just "buying" a gym membership would be more along there level of effort.
