Q: Okay Lacey, you're giving out Feebas, an ultra rare Pokemon. There must be a catch.
A: I am happy to say that there is no catch. I am giving out Feebas to all who requests ones, I am not asking for rare or shiny Pokemon. Even a Bidoof or a Magikarp will be enough to get your very own Feebas.
Q: ... Why would I want Feebas?
A: Well for one thing, if you look at Feebas for too long, this funny addiction starts. But the reason why you would possibly want a Feebas, is Milotic, Feebas' evolved form. Milotic is a beautiful and powerful Pokemon, that's ideal for both Pokemon battles and Pokemon Contests. And finally, Pokedex completion!
Q: Milotic, huh? Now THAT'S a Pokemon I would want for my party. How do I evolve my Feebas?
A: Feebas evolves when you max its beauty. Simply max out the Feebas' beauty and level it up once.
Q: Beauty... Now that's kinda ironic, when you look at Feebas. How do I go about maxing out its beauty?
A: Feed Feebas Dry Poffins. A poffin is a kind of treat that you give a Pokemon to enhance its appeal. (Coolness, cuteness, Beauty etc.) A dry poffin will enhance beauty. To make a poffin, go to the Poffin house in Hearthrome City and use dry berries (such as Chesto and Wiki berries) to create your poffin. Visit the links section if you have more questions about berries and poffins.
Q: Okay Lacey, I'm ready! How do I get one of your Feebas'?
A: To get a Feebas, please go to the contact page for my email, and friend code. Add me into your roster, and then email me requesting your Feebas' gender and name, as well as your trainer name and friend code. Then we will set up a trading time. Connect to the WIFI at that time, and you'll get yourself a Feebas.
Q: Hey Lacey, could I get you to evolve Feebas into Milotic for me?
A: Unfortunately, no. It takes time to breed and hatch Feebas as it is, and if I had to evolve everyone's Feebas for them, then I won't be able to hand out nowhere near as many due to time constrictions.
Q: Hey Lacey, I emailed you about a Feebas. How come I don't have one yet?
A: While I try to get Feebas' out to people as quickly as I can, I don't dedicate my life to it. I have a job and I have other hobbies and friends and family to be with. Don't worry, I'll get you your Feebas ASAP. =)
Q: Hey Lacey, thanks so much for providing people with Feebas. I was wondering, will you be handing out any other Pokemon?
A: Depending on the popularity of the site, I may start breeding and handing out previous generation starters or Eevee or something. ^^ Let's just see how it goes.
Q: Did you use a GameShark or Action Replay to get the Feebas?
A: No. All our Feebas were caught legitimately by using the Super Rod or by breeding.
