Here on Operation Feebas, we strive to defy Gamefreak's habit of making the Pokemon Feebas virtually unobtainable by handing them out to all who asks for them. That's right, we give out Feebas to anyone who wants one for free. We do not ask for good or rare Pokemon in return.
