wow. it's been nearly a month since my last update. lotsa drama has gone down since then, but most of it's not really worth mentioning. let's juss say...it was a lot of drama.

i've met a lot of cool people since the first month of attending utb. "from tha U to tha T to tha B to tha T to tha S to tha C~~~~" ok. i'm getting all ghetto. going back to mah ROOTS~ jpjp. zoop zoop~!!!

i'm having so much fun lately. maybe too much fun. i mean...it's not like i go out partying, but i'm meeting up with friends, going out on drives, hanging out @ ppls' places, going to eat. whatevers. but it's so much fun. and...this could be good and bad~

i came to texas thinking i wasn't gunna have so much fun. i thought this would be my chance to finally be forced to study 24-7 and put all my focus on God. but i've been getting all caught up in everything here. getting settled in, meeting new people, adjusting to the different attitude here, etc. i love it here. i mean, there are things i could live without (i.e. the humidity & mosquitos) but i love the people. they're super fun. though i do desperately miss my cali friends & family too~~~~

it's weird tho. i've befriended so many people, but they're all so very different. a lot of them don't like each other. and...one friend in particular doesn't even talk to me n/e more. which is...fine, i guess. i mean..it's his choice. but yeah. i mean, there isn't much diversity, ethnicity-wise, but of course, juss like n/e other place, there is a whole spectrum of different types of people.

today, i went out to eat w/derelict & leese. :) derek & lisa. it's kinda funny. i'm not a music major, but i'm taking 4 music classes (out of 7). so i'm meeting all these music majors and getting all toite w/them. interesting. but iss all G cuz i love music. ^^

imma hafta post up some pics fromt he jazz band concert. it was soooo good, even if the guys say they did horrible. *shrug* from where i was sitting, it sounded awesome.

*YAAAWN* sleepy~~~ i shall update later, when i think of something hopefully a lil more interesting to write about.

i'm having waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun in tejas, dood. i'm not really doing much, but i guess it's cool to meet different ppls all the time and juss talk w/them. see how their minds work. what goes on in those minds of theirs.

but i miss all the ppls back in cali soooooooooooooooooooo much~ i can [dare i say it] live without the boba [*gasp*] ... i can live without the lovely, refreshing weather ... i can even live without the lovely, clean beaches. but.....iss soooooooo hard to live so far from family & friends. ahhhhhh~~~ i miss yall~~~~

i'm wearing mexican jeans. what are mexican jeans? they're the stretchy jeans that are hella tight on ur @$$ & legs. lol. cuz tha mexicans...they like it like that. jp. iss all good. i'm not doggin on the mexicans, aiite? they my ppls~~~ :)

i think i might go to this haunted house thingy tomorrow. it's being put on by a sorority @ my school, i think. i've never been to a haunted house tho...so we'll see how that goes. i'm the type that gets all freaked out tho...so iono. i kinda don't trust myself to go...

i was thinking, maybe i should dress up. but..what to dress up as? i don't like wearing costumes. i was thinking of dressing up totally ghetto style. HUGE, baggy pants, big ol t-shirt, backwards visor, sk8r shoes. but then...how is that different from my everyday clothing?? lol. well...i guess i dress a lil differently all the time. sometimes i go for the ghetto look. sometimes the casual look. sometimes the preppy look. sometimes the church-girl look. if i dressed all thuggish, ppl wouldn't think i'm dressing up tho. i've dressed thuggish in my warmups before~~~ *shrug*

helloWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN~ hmmm....this is the first year, out of the 20 i've lived so far, that i've done n/e thing at all on halloween. i was brought up in a Christian family, so i've always been told, "halloween is the devil's holiday." eh~~~~ iss juss a day when kids want candy. i mean...it might have started out some twisted way, but kids juss want the candy now, right?

so i dressed up semi-thuggish today. i was gunna go all out. i was gunna wear boxers, baaaaaaaaggy pants, backwards visor, and some type of thuggish t-shirt. but instead, i wore big, baggy warm-ups, tank top, and a bandana tied on my arm. o..and my hair was braided & stuff. ^^ but yeah...my friends liked it. LOL

n/e wayz..i went to the GHEY-est haunted house. this was the FIRST one i've ever been to and if all haunted houses are like this, i will never go again. i guess it was more aimed for lil kids. iss juss this MAZE...and...there's a strobe light...every turn u take, there's someone dressed up as a vampire or something..and they scream at you. or else they tell u u're going the wrong way. whoop. dee. doo. GHEY. i spent 2 dollas to get screamed @. ummmmm......no.

ok...i'm done. i WOULD go home, but there are a buncha kids in my neighborhood. it's almost impossible to get thru all those dumb cars. these ppls...come from all over the city..to come to the country club, which is where i live. it's this neighborhood with only 2 major entrances and 1 small entrance...so it's safe...and the ppl there are somewhat better of than most of the city. so--GET THIS--ppl drive their kids over, park in front of the house, take their kid trick-or-treating at that house, get back in the car, park in front of the next house, take their kid there, and repeat the cycle. now, if the streets were BIG and more than one car could physically go thru each way, then NO PROB. but...the streets are NARROW. why can't they park their cars and juss walk around the whole neighborhood? well, as my friend lisa says, "they're mexicans." not that I'M being racist or n/e thing...my MEXICAN friend, lisa, said that!! lol
