One-Offs: Damn Pens! Logo Contest (Art)
Every month or so, a prompt will be uploaded. Using said prompt, write a poem, of any size, type, or length, that you feel accurately answers the prompt.
Agent Double-Oh DP, your mission, should you choose to accept it, and you must, is to write a poem inspired by the image you see below.
Entries may be posted here (Quick Link), and will be judged on creativity, relevance to the image, and general appeal.

Those of an artistic bent are asked to put their minds to the ultimate challenge- designing a workable logo for Damn Pens! The submitted logo should be approximately 200x200 pixels, with a maximum of 500x500, and a minimum of 100x100. However, the design should be workable at several different resolutions. It should, of course, somehow link to the idea of an ezine, primarily associated with writing (pre the pens).
The selected logo will be used on Damn Pens!' home page, message board, link banners, and various other goods of our choosing. Credit and gratitude will be noted on our home site, but the artist gives up any rights to say no to these things, or to earn any money from the image. Why? Because WE aren't exactly earning any money from any of this, either, and it's unlikely that we will be any time soon.

In other words: When pigs fly. Startups are so humble.
We reserve the right to alter the logo, including resizing and reworking in a new file format.
