Angel in the Morning /Lyrics
There are different kinds of angels. Some are more important and are called Archangels, as in the case of Gabriel and Michael. Others are sent to earth to be our guardians and friends.
When God made you, He told His angels; "take care of this child." And the angels obeyed. This means that we all have at least one special angel close to us at all times. As time goes by in our life, others are added, as they are needed m to help you and love you.
" For He shall give His angels charge over you,
to keep you in all your ways." Psalm 91:11
My Angel
My angel walks with me on the road of life,
with her spirit she protects me from strife,
Her light shines my way as I walk alone,
With a prayer and a song she'll lead me home.
Wings out stretched like a bird on the wind,
A warrior on her watch protecting a friend.
I fear no evil with her glory all around,
She's there to lift me up if ever I fall down.
That voice you here in the back of your mind,

The Bible , our English word " angel" translates the Hebrew word mal'ak in the Old Testament and the Greek
word angelos in the New. The core meaning of both those words is messenger.
That is the essence of who and what angels are. They are couriers for someone other than themselves.
They are someone else's ambasadors, someone
else's agents. They represent only Him , and never themselves.
Praise the Lord , you His angels,
you mighty ones who do his biddding,
who obey His word.
Prasie the Lord, all HIs heavenly host,
you His sevants who do His will.
Psalm 103: 20-21
Apart from God, angles can do nothing and are nothing. Their very food and drink is to do His will and accomplish His work.
God's will and work for angles is to communicate His messages, both by what they say and what they do.
According to scripture , God made angels before He created the world and mankind. Angels are a separate creation from humankind, spirit with out body, although on occasions they take on physical form. They have three main functions:to worship God, to act as messengers between heaven and earth, and to guard humankind.
The Native American tradition is rich with stories honoring childhood visions and dreams. The innocence of childhood, opens a child to a deeper understanding of angels. The prophet Isaiah envisioned a welcome era when waring factions would lay down their arms and," a child shall lead them" ( Isaiah 11 :6 Jesus cautioned against hindering children," for to them belongs the Kingdom of heaven." ( Matthew)
When I was a child my grandmother painted for me an oil painting . This painting gave me great comfort as a child.
And has become the leading focus of my collection of Guardian Angels This first one was, the image of the angel that hangs on my wall.

Dear Angel ever at my side, how lovely to know you must be
To leave your home in heaven to guard a child like me.
When I am far away from home, or maybe hard at play-
I know you will protect me from harm along the way.
Your beautiful and shining face I see not, though you're near,
The sweetness of your lovely voice , I cannot really hear.
When I pray your're praying too, your prayer is just for me.
But when I sleep, you never do. You;re watching over me.

Whispers of Angel Wings
Today I stumbled and once again
Was lifted up by an unseen hand.
What comfort and joy that knowledge brings.
For I hear the whispers of angel wings.
The Guardian angels Gods sends to all
To bear us up when we stumble and fall.
Trust Him,my friend, and often you'll hear
The whisper of angel wings hovering near.
