ONE NIGHT STAND - Over and out!
We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the last year, and thanks to everyone who came to the final show tonight, we really appreciate it. Id like to thank Punching Nuns and The Attika State for rocking out and being amazing guys. We had a really good time doing this band and id like to take this oppurtunity to thank everyone who has helped us and supported us along the way. All the bands weve played with, everyone who owns a copy of our CD or came to our shows. Extra special thanks to my dad for the management side of things, your amazing! Within the next few days all of our tracks from our CD will be available online for free download, so keep checking back! Good luck to the rest of the band, you have my eternal love and respect.Be on the lookout for a new band soon featuring ex members of One Night Stand.

Well, i guess the question on everybodys lips at the moment is "What will happen to the band after Rich leaves and Jamie goes away?". Well to be honest, we are still unsure what will happen. A few possibilities have been discussed, including taking a break for six months and then getting a new guitarist to fill Richs shoes, finding a temporary guitarist for those six months, or just finally deciding to call it a day and splitting the band up. I can assure you that we will be making music together, whether it will be ONS and all the songs we have now or not.
Anyway, we have a show at The Louisiana in Bristol on the 23rd November, with The Attika State and Punching Nuns. This will be our last show with Rich so please come down and give him the sendoff he deserves. Thanks to everyone who has supported the band up until this point, authough we havent finished yet its the end of an era and we will miss Rich very much and wish him luck in whatever he decides to do next.

We have a gig on November the 23rd with The Attika State and The Punching Nuns at The Louisiana. This will be my last gig with the band and the last one before he goes to Teens, so who knows if we'll ever see him again, that snowboarding and meeting young ladies could be a full time job. Anyway, it would be very cool to see everybody who has ever seen us and anyone who hasn't but would like to down there. Last chance people.

I have made a difficult decision in this last week. I have decided to leave the band that I started with Jamie and the other guys after over a year of hard work and great progress. I think i should be said that i wasn't enjoying the experience as much as I should have been and the music wasn't quite what i was hoping it would be. As well as this i left uncomfortable about what the band was being hyped up to be. This has been a really hard decision, that i didn't take lightly, and it has upset me that i have come to leave the band. It's going to be hard leaving behind all the fun memories, like the time Jamie got stuck in Reading the day of a gig, the time we all got asked to leave the Croft the day we were playing there and playing with great bands like The Attika State, Phonic, Two Day Rule and Clean would like to take this chance to wish all the band ever sucess without me and that i'll be down supporting you whenever i can.
