This
business contract under the terms
and conditions as follows has
been made between the parties of
whom Name Surname and
notification addresses are
referred to in this contract.
Hereinafter the party to receive
service will be referred to as
Customer and the party to give
service Researcher.
ARTICLE 1: Legal Warning:
Considering all the relevant
information and documents to be
given to the researcher by the
customer and signing of the
contract, the business will get
started.
According to this contract:
a) No business which is against
the Turkish Criminal Code and not
favorable according to the Laws
of Turkish Republic can be
demanded.
b) The customer knows that the
documents to be attained in
consideration of the work the
customer demanded from the
researcher is not accepted as an
evidence by the laws of Turkish
Republic. The customer cannot
demand any documents.
c) No work can be accepted which
may have an influence on private
life.
d)Due to the fact that the
agreement made between the
parties necessitates secrecy,
provided that either of the
parties give information to the
second persons or press the
contract gets called off and that
party accepts any legal sanction
in advance.
e) The person to be researched
and followed must be one of the
family members.

ARTICLE 4:
Either of the parties can stop
the business and annul it on one
side provided that they give a
written announcement in advance.
However, the cost of the contract
cannot be returned.
ARTICLE 5: Provided that the
parties do not stick to the
mentioned rules after announcing
that they will directly stick to
the rules refferred to in this
contract, the party violating the
contract accepts and subscribes
that it will pay all the loss the
opposite side has experienced.
ARTICLE 6: This business contract
has been read by the parties who
have their names surnames and
signatures below and upon the
agreement reached it has been
signed in 2 copies. In case of
dispute Kadıköy-İstanbul
Courts and bailiff's offices are
charged in. This contract has
been determined and signed in 6
Articles with the satisfaction of
both parties.
