| Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake 1 box Devils Food cake mix 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding 3 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 can 7-Up soda 1/4 c. miniature chocolate chips filling: 1/2 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1/4 c. mini-chocolate chips Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs ans oil in large bowl. Mix. Add 7-Up and chocolate chips. Blend by hand. Pour 1/2 of batter into buttered/floured 9x13 pan. Beat all ingredients for cream cheese filling till smooth. Add in chocolate chips.. Spoon carefully over cake batter. Pour other 1/2 of cake batter over filling carefully! Bake 350-degrees for 40-45 minutes. this is for chocoholics! best served warm. |

| Chocolate Cake Cake: 1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Mix 1 box chocolate instant pudding 3 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 can 7-Up soda 1/4 c. chocolate chips Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs and oil till no lumps remain. Add 7-Up; stir slowly till well blended. Pour into 9x13 buttered/floured pan. Sprinkle chips over. Bake 325-degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frosting: 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. butter Combine and bring to a boil. Then add: 1/3 c. cornstarch 1/2 c. Nestles Quik powder 1/2 c. water. Mix till topping is thick. Pour over cake...Enjoy! |
