This was Britney's first C.D. It was really great and sold millions of copies. She was 16 when she started to sing for the album. Then after recording the first album she began to perform in mall around the United States. This got her music recognized and got her recognized as a singer. People started to notice Britney and love her music and sweet personality. At these little mall performances they gave out samples of her music. They also made a hotline for people to here more samples of her music, because her debut C.D had not been realised yet. Then she made her video no one will forget 'Baby One More Time' People everywhere watched this video and loved it. Although some critics found things to complain about as usual. Then when her C.D was realised and people flocked to the stores to pick up the C.D. Tons of people loved it and told their friends and their friends told friends then suddenly Britney was known everywhere!
This was Britney's second album. This album is also doing very well and has already sold over 1.3 million in the U.S alone and still counting. This album apart from the other album shows a more mature side of Britney. She also co-wrote the 12 track on her C.D, 'Dear Diary'. Also the video's for the songs on this C.D have more mature conceptes like her newest video 'Stronger'. Still even though millions of people love Britney the critics will always have their say and critisize Britney. But we all know that what they say doesnt matter to us because they can think what they want to think and we belive what we want to believe so it doesnt matter!
Britney's new album tentitivly called 'Britney' is her third C.D and in its first week it sold at the number 1 position in many countries , expecially Canada and the US !! Britney wrote 5 songs from this new CD and they are all amazing. This CD is not like her others , this time she has used some different producers some of which include The neptunes "Slave 4 U" and some other producers such as BT. Some of the songs on this CD inclued Slave 4 U , Anticipating , Boys, Not a Girl not yet a woman, What its like to be me etc.... She also covers Joan Jetts song "I Love Rock & Roll." Which in my opinion is great! Also her boyfriend Justin Timberlake and her coreographer Wade Robson wrote a song for Britney called "What its like to be me" which has a more rockish feel to it. Its awsome. I think this Cd is Amazing I love all the songs on it and I know it will sell alot , just because it is great and all the songs ROCK!!!! |
