Database:
Program new database system for repairs department utilizing Access w/ODBC Connections to SQL Server database, as well as Visual Basic code for custom form actions, recordset methods, action queries, etc. Program involves various forms utilizing data from tables and queries as well as unbound fields, data is output via several custom reports. Modify other database application forms and reports as needed.

Network:
Configure new clients onto Domain Server, establish network accounts and e-mail. Troubleshoot basic client issues,
basic printer maintenance and troubleshooting. Coordinate appointments with maintenance technicians and engineers
for printers and servers. Document user interface processes.
