Mix 3 to 5 drops of Wonda Oil into a small amount of olive oil and massage deeply into joints.
Boils / Ulcer/ Warts
Apply Wonda Oil directly 3 times daily.
Congestion / Coughs
Add Wonda Oil to steam bath or vapouriser - inhale. Rub Wonda Oil onto chest and back. Sprinkle on pillow before sleeping. Use 3 drops of Wonda Oil in a teaspoon of honey and a little warm distilled water and sip slowly.
Cradle Cap
Mix 5 drops of Natural Wonda Oil with 1 teaspoon olive oil and rub gently into scalp - leave for 5 minutes, then wash. Keep away from eyes.
Cuts / Wounds / Infection
Apply Wonda Oil directly.
Dermatitis
After contact with water, wipe dry and rub Wonda Oil.
Face Cleanser
Add 6 drops of Wonda Oil to water and flush face.
Feet - Athletes Foot
Wash and dry feet thoroughly. Apply Wonda Oil twice per day.

Add 5-10 drops of Wonda Oil to warm water, bathe nightly for 5 minutes. Put drops of Wonda Oil into your shoes.
Fungal Infection of the Skin
Apply Wonda Oil directly.
Head Lice
Apply 20 drops of Wonda Oil into shampoo, leave 10 minutes, rinse.
Insect / Mosquitoes / Sandflies / Bites / Stings
Apply Wonda Oil directly.
Muscle Ache
Rub Wonda Oil onto muscle before and after sports. Add 10 drops into bath and soak.

Apply Wonda Oil direct or add 3 drops to water and use as a mouthwash twice daily. Add 2 drops to toothpaste when brushing teeth.
Nail Infection
Soak nail in Wonda Oil for 5 minutes.
Nappy Cleaner
Add 20 drops of Wonda Oil to 4 liters of water, stir. Soak nappies overnight.
Nappy Rash
Soak cotton wool in clean water, squeeze out excess water, add 1 dop of Wonda Oil onto the cotton ball. Apply on affected areas.
Nasal Ulcers
Apply Wonda Oil with cotton buds.
Nose Block / Sinus
Use 10 drops of Wonda Oil in a bowl of hot distilled water. Cover a towel over your head, ingale. Rub drops of oil around the sinuses. Inhale.
Pimples / Acne
Dab Wonda Oil on affected areas 3 times daily. Use Wonda Oil as a FACE CLEANSER.
Sore Throat
Add 5 drops of Wonda Oil to 1/2 glass of warm distilled water. Gargle 3 times daily.
Sprains
Rub Wonda Oil onto sprains for relief.
Sunburn
Apply Wonda Oil directly.
Vaginal Cleansing
Viginal itch and for vaginal cleanliness and also at child birth, for healing of wounds. Use 5 drops of Wonda Oil in 1 cup of water. Vaginal Douche - 5mls of Wonda Oil in 1/2 litre of distiller water.
