Robert J. Rappoport ("Rapps") - Living in Rockville, MD. Married to Anita. Has two children: Charlotte (8) and William (6). Is still working with the Rockville, MD City Police Department as a Lieutenant and is assigned to the Office of the Chief as the Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Director. In addition, he also supervises 4 different units. He recently completed the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA for 10 weeks, preparing him to be a police chief, sheriff, superintendent, etc., with many courses at the graduate level.
