| What is destiny? It is the place where we belong. It is the thing that makes us happy. It is where you find the most fulfilment. Most people don't even realize that they have a destiny or purpose. They just aimlessly plod along in life going nowhere. In order to find out what your destiny is you have to spend time alone with the Lord and get to know him and how he thinks. He will guide you. You can also try some thing that come to your spirit and see if they fit the bill. Your best judge of what your destiny is has to do with what you love to do the most. Discover that and you most likely will have found your destiny. |
| One thing is for certain, you will never understand your destiny and how to use it unless you have sa working relationship with the Lord. It's called being saved. This is a simple process. It is simply accepting the free gift of Jesus dying on the cross, in your place, to free you from the penalty of sin, which is death. There are long and lengthy explanations that I could give for that, but it would bore you. So, in simple terms what you need to do is this: 1) Acknowledge that Jesus is Lord of all. 2) Repent of the sinful lifestyle that you have led up to now. 3) Receive the Lord's forgiveness. 4) Start walking in your new life. |
| Even though we are saved we still carry around baggage for awhile. Much of our old life falls away when we come to Jesus, but not all of it. It took a long time to get screwed up and it will take some time to clean the mess up. With the Lord on your side it won't take all that long. In any case you will need to be delivered from the baggage. In many cases just reading, studying, praying, and listening to the Lord will clear up the problem. However, there are some cases where you will need help from outside. You may be bound up by demons and devils that need to be cast out of your way. Some of those you will be able to dispatch yourself. Others, you will need your pastor or someone in the church who knows about spirits to expell them. In any case they will get a Royal Eviction Notice and have to go for good!! |
