| Saturday 19 March 2005 Dormansland Rockets 0 East Court 4 EAST Court kept themselves in the Mid Sussex Football League Division 5 title hunt with victory in this local derby on Saturday (March 19). As expected the game was competitive with the challenges flowing thick and fast as Dormansland closed down the away side restricting East Court from any time on the ball. Chances were few and far between in the opening period. Dormansland came close when East Court player-manager Daniel Medcalf cleared a goal-mouth scramble while at the other end Ben Sunderland saw his effort brilliantly tipped over by the home side's keeper. But in first-half injury time Sunderland's corner was met with a thumping header by captain Martyn Bishop to give East Court the lead. Within minutes of the restart, the away side had doubled their advantage. Ross Kelly chased down a hopeful long ball in the left corner and beat a defender before crossing for Sunderland to poke home from close range. Paul Brice came on for Andrew Wright and added number three when Denyer collected a loose ball on the half-way line. He played in Brice who beat the Dormansland keeper from 12 yards. Sunderland was replaced by Clarkson-Tooze while Chris Butler came on for Denyer and the two substitutes combined for East Court's fourth. Butler's long throw found Clarkson-Tooze who dribbled into the box and slotted the ball past the keeper. Martin Eade almost grabbed a late consolation for the home side but his effort was beaten away by East Court keeper Paul Bishop.
