Minako is a fun-loving, yet ditzy girl. She is very boy-crazy, and her antics are enough to give anyone a good laugh. She is a very charismatic and outgoing person, and she easily makes friends where ever she goes.
She is pretty strong as a senshi, but even more important, she is well-rounded. She has both defensive and offensive attacks, and her chain can serve to help her allies or to harm her enemies.
She has had prior experience as a super heroine when she was Sailor V, so when she came in toward the middle of the first season, she was a major asset to the team. She knew what to do and she had the experience to do it!
