Frozen Chocolate Bananas
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
* 2 large bananas
* 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Steps
1. Warm fudge sauce in a microwave or over low heat until it is thin enough to stir. Transfer to a small plate.
2. Peal the bananas and cut in half crosswise. Spear each piece through with a 7-inch bamboo skewer or a popsicle stick.
3. Roll the banana halves in the fudge sauce and then in the coconut topping, turning to coat all sides. Place on a plate lined with plastic wrap and freeze until firm. (At least 15 minutes.)
