The Scorpion 5K will be held August 18, 2001 at 9am at Oakland Mills High School.  Click on the link below for a race application.

2001Scorpion5K 

Our first major event of the season took place on Saturday, August 18.  The Scorpion 5K was a success.  We had 46 people complete the 5K with Trey Cassidy winning the race.  We had 12 people complete the mile fun run.  I believe the Obermeier brothers (Kevin and Sean) were 1st and 2nd (I will confirm this) and Tiffany Lang was 3rd.  It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun.  If you missed it this year, put it on your calendar for next year.
