We laughed. We
cried. It changed our lives.
Few events in our company's
relatively short history have elicited such a passionate response as the
introduction of our little blue friends to the world of OnMoney.com.
Despite our good intentions, that response was overwhelmingly negative, at least in the
perspectives of the Smurfs whose opinions matter most to the Smurfs who hope to remain
happily employed by the aforementioned Smurfs.
We guess you could say we feel
a lot like Jokey Smurf, whose good-natured
pranks often backfire on him unexpectedly, to the delight of the other
Smurfs and Smurf fans around the world.
It's time to close
up shop.
So, with a great deal of
sadness and a Hefty Smurf-sized chuckle deep down inside, we regret to
inform you that for the good of the many, we have shut down OnSmurfey.com.
Of course, a website is never truly shut down as long as you have a
Guestbook that you can sign and
view, and well as an application that lets
you, gentle Smurf, create your own Smurfisms that rotate
each time you visit. (Hint hint.)
So, until our next
installment, OnMoney and the Seven Dwarves...
(Editor's Note: This
is probably just a last-ditch attempt at humor and will not
result in a website that answers "What if OnMoney was
run by the Seven Dwarves". At least that's what we hope.)
